Currie Solutions has added its biggest batch of Mercedes-Benz Trucks to its fleet to date, with the purchase of 10 new Actros tractor units in the company's new livery.

The business, which rebranded from Currie European last August, bought the new vehicles as part of ongoing renewal of its 750-strong fleet.

The Actros units replace 10 vehicles of varied makes.

With the addition of the new trucks, Currie Solutions has rolled 30 new vehicles in its new livery onto roads in the UK, on a mixture of Volvos, MANs and DAFs as well as the new Actros tractors.

The business said the new units had received "the most positive feedback" out of all of the latest fleet additions.

When the business rebranded almost a year ago, it said that the new name reflected its evolution as a company and its diversification.

A statement from the business read: "We are not just a haulier. Solutions stands for the complete package we can offer customers - transport, warehousing, stock holding, stock management, order picking and packing, returns management and cross docking services throughout the UK and Europe."
