TfL and the Metropolitan Police have celebrated a milestone in their Exchanging Places venture, which welcomed its 20,000th participant at a cycling festival in London last week. FTA, the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) have called on the mayor of London to appoint a dedicated freight commissioner.
