TfL and the Metropolitan Police have celebrated a milestone in their Exchanging Places venture, which welcomed its 20,000th participant at a cycling festival in London last week. Services for EU-bound HGVs at the Manston Airport site are being suspended in what Kent Police are hailing as a first step towards a return to “business as usual” on the county’s roads following the end of the Brexit transition.
