ArrowXL has appointed a new general manager for its Worcester site who will be responsible for establishing an operational strategy and developing the team in line with company goals.
Victoria Taylor has over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in a number of operational roles, including 18 years at DHL overseeing two of their key sites.
More recently she worked for Sainsbury’s where she managed 1,200 staff in its fleet and transport operations team.
Taylor said: “I was particularly drawn to Arrow’s values and the positive culture within the business.
“I’m passionate about all aspects of logistic leadership and am looking forward to ensuring the Worcester site successfully contributes towards our company mission to redefine home delivery.”
Craig Kavanagh, ArrowXL sales director, added, “Victoria’s extensive experience and dynamic approach aligns perfectly with our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.”
