ArrowXL has launched a new carrier management platform which it said would deliver cost efficiencies and flexibility for its clients.

The platform enables 3PLs to communicate with a full range of logistic providers from one-person parcel carriers to larger pallet delivery companies, allowing them to choose a delivery service on a parcel-by-parcel basis.

Craig Kavanagh, sales director at ArrowXL, said: “Having one logistics partner to cater for a full range of storage and delivery options has become a key requirement for businesses choosing a 3PL partner.

“With the introduction of our new platform we have greater control over communication with a vast range of parcel and pallet carriers giving our clients increased visibility across multiple delivery providers.

“This new platform will streamline the delivery process with real-time tracking and intelligent automation.
