ArrowXL has selected safety clothing and equipment company Contego Safety Solutions to be its new uniform supplier.

Contego will provide ArrowXL with over 10,000 items of clothing a year for their driver and warehouse teams and it will also run a number of training sessions to provide web portal demonstrations for all customer service staff.

The portal is designed to reduce ordering times and deliver cost efficiency through bulk orders.

ArrowXL added that the clothing includes a new t-shirt, which it helped design, that features a moisture-wicking fabric and will be provided to all of its delivery crew.

Ian Pearson, procurement manager at ArrowXL, said: “This partnership underscores our dedication to providing our employees with the best tools and apparel to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

“The portal will provide us with better data, helping us to track spend, usage and the performance of their products.”
