E-commerce delivery specialist InPost has launched an 'instant returns' service, which allows shoppers to send back unwanted goods more quickly via a QR code on their phone.
Fashion retailer Missguided is one of the first to introduce the new solution which removes the need for printed labels. Shoppers now only need to scan the QR code at the locker and put the parcel inside.
According to an InPost survey of over 2,000 online shoppers, 44% of 18-34-year-olds don't have access to a printer at home and two thirds of them would rather use a code that can be scanned on their phone.
