The Bramwell Pub Company has chosen DHL Tradeteam to become its strategic logistics partner, covering delivery to its pubs and bars.

The drinks distributor will deliver multiple times per week to each of Bramwell’s 179 outlets, which include brands Smith & Jones, Wild Lime Bar & Kitchen and Varsity.

Tradeteam was awarded the contract as the customer looks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of drinks ordering and delivery, following a review of its delivery operations.

Tradeteam MD Gavin Murdoch said: “As Bramwell’s primary drinks logistics partners we look forward to closely working together and applying or sector expertise to drive efficiency across Bramwell’s entire operation.”

Roger Moxham, chief executive of The Bramwell Pub Company, said working with Tradeteam will allow it to achieve its goal of streamlining the business.

The contract follows a number of new business wins for the operator this year, including a three-year contract with soft drink bottling supplier Coca-Cola Hellenic and a renewed contract with Molson Coors.

DHL did not specify the length or value of the contract.
