Pall-Ex non-executive director Geoff Gillo has stepped down from the board after completing his three-year term with the business.
Network founder and CEO Hilary Devey said Gillo (pictured) had been “integral” to the business’s transition to a new management team in recent years.
Gillo joined the business in 2014 and Devey said he was only ever contracted to stay with Pall-Ex for a three-year period.
In a statement announcing Gillo’s departure, Devey said: “Geoff joined the group for a three-year term, and with that period now at an end he has left Pall-Ex in order to pursue other opportunities.”
“Geoff has played an integral role in the transition of the new management team and has been part of a real group-wide effort that undoubtedly leaves Pall-Ex in a stronger place than when Geoff first joined us in 2014.
“On behalf of all at Pall-Ex, I would like to thank Geoff for his contribution to the business and wish him well for the future.”
