Building products manufacturer Timloc has chosen Norbert Dentressangle to manage its nationwide distribution for two years.

Norbert will collect loads on a day one for day two basis from Timloc’s site in Goole, East Yorkshire, using its fleet of Euro-5 trucks and curtain-sided trailers.

The operator will then distribute products such as access panels and cavity trays to builders merchants and construction sites across the UK using its dedicated fleet and shared user network.

Timloc logistics and standards manager, Mal Jordan, said: “With our continued investment to extend our product range and expand into new areas, as we respond to customer demand, Norbert Dentressangle has ability to accommodate our growth and provide a consistent customer service.”

Last week Norbert Dentressangle posted a 9.1% increase in pre-tax profit and 8.5% increase in turnover for 2012.
