Turners (Soham) has added its 600th specialised Daf FTP to its fleet.
The 440hp XF tractor with a lightweight mid-lift axle joins Turners’ 1,750-strong fleet.
Turners is believed to be the largest operator of Daf FTP trucks worldwide.
The Daf, purchased via dealership Chassis Cab, will cover more than 100,000km a year.
Tim King, group fleet engineer (pictured left with Eddie Hennessy, Daf Trucks UK regional manager, representing Chassis Cab) said it is “probably the best lightweight truck ever".
