Uniserve has partnered with Logistics Reply to introduce a warehouse management system to improve its operations and set it on the course for future growth.
The two firms worked together to implement LEA Reply, a cloud-based microservices platform, chosen for its scalability and ease of integration with Uniserve’s existing infrastructure.
Uniserve said the solution had already enhanced its operations, providing real-time inventory visibility across its sites and improving accuracy rates.
LEA Reply offers a scalable platform designed to support business expansion and also enables it to integrate advanced technologies in the future, such as AI, inventory drones, yard management and dock scheduling.
David Barry, Uniserve director of warehouse and transport, said: “We’ve not only improved operations but set the stage for future growth.
“With LEA Reply we can scale operations while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.”
Uniserve recently announced it had taken on 10 new Volvo FH Aero gas-powered tractor units to its fleet, following a successful trial of bio-LNG trucks.
