Robotics and automation specialist Rainbow Dynamics has appointed Frazer Watson as its vice president.
Watson will be responsible for heading up Rainbow Dynamics’ business strategy in the UK and he will work closely with Rainbow’s European and US-based integration partners.
Prior to joining the automated materials handling solutions firm, he held senior management roles with well-known companies in the sector, including Movu Robotics.
Rainbow Dynamics’ founder and chief executive, Alfred Chen, said: “Frazer Watson is an experienced leader and he will bring focus to our strategy of establishing Rainbow Dynamics’ innovative robotic solutions at the forefront of the vitally important UK logistics market for many years to come.”
Watson said this was a period of great opportunity in the UK logistics robotic sector: “With an impressive portfolio of solutions and ground-breaking technology, Rainbow Dynamics is well-positioned to meet the evolving requirements of companies working across the supply chain space,” he added.
With its head office in Lancashire, Rainbow Dynamics designs and builds a suite of sustainable robotic load handing and automated parcel sortation solutions for logistics warehouses, post and parcel handling facilities, manufacturing sites and e-commerce fulfilment centers.
