Pallet pooler IPP has promoted Demi Crabbe to commercial director, her second senior management promotion in as many years.

The move comes just 12 months after IPP promoted Crabbe to senior commercial development manager.

She will report to regional MD Andy Maddock with her new role focused on shaping and delivering the UK and Ireland commercial strategy.

Crabbe said: “I’m really looking forward to putting my own stamp on the role and helping shape our strategic direction at a higher level.

“I’ve developed lots of ideas over the years, and now I’m in a position to implement them and drive meaningful change.

“People development is a big passion of mine. Over the last year I’ve been focused on building a strong, capable commercial team, and I truly believe I now have the right people around me to deliver our growth plans.

“I want to continue investing in them, helping them grow, and ensuring that our customer first mindset remains front and centre.”

She added: “If you’d told me 14 years ago that I’d one day be commercial director, I’d probably have laughed. But I’ve always been driven, always wanted to keep progressing, and I’ve been extremely fortunate to have leaders who trusted me, challenged me and gave me the space to grow.”

Maddock said: “Over the last few years Demi has proved herself and excelled in many roles in the IPP organisation.

“In the newly-created role of senior customer development manager, working as part of the management team, she achieved that again in 2025.

“She has reshaped the commercial department in that time, working with our existing commercial leadership but also by bringing change to that leadership group that has made us better.”
