The RHA has unveiled its RHA Academy, an e-learning platform, which aims to transform professional development across the road transport sector.
The new platform, launched today (29 April) at the CV Show in Birmingham, will offer the sector flexible, high-quality training delivered on demand, allowing members and customers to access an expanding catalogue of specialist courses anytime, anywhere.
E-learning will be structured around business regulation and compliance, workplace skills and health and safety, with emphasis on transport compliance and trainer development.
RHA training director, Brian Kenny said: ”Today’s learners expect flexibility, relevance, and recognition. This significant development will complement our existing traditional training methods. We believe that delivering high-quality training and skills development must evolve to meet the needs of today’s learners and evolving industry demands.
“Whether it’s quick, flexible on-demand learning or securing funding for more intensive career-building programmes, RHA Academy has a range of new courses available for fleets of all sizes, from small independent operators to national businesses.”
The platform has been developed in response to growing industry demand for greater control over training schedules, access to role-specific topics, high-quality, current compliance learning; and user-friendly systems supporting continued professional development.
