Advanced Supply Chain (ASC) has been hit with a writ by former customer Go Outdoors.
According to Companies House, a writ was filed at the Royal Court of Justice Queen’s Bench Division on 3 October last year. The nature of the claim is not known.
A three-year contract, involving the management of the outdoor clothing and camping retailer’s fulfilment warehouse and transport of products to its stores by ASC, came to a conclusion last year. Neither party commented on the change of provider at the time.
The contract was subsequently picked up by Norbert Dentressangle last autumn.
Go Outdoors was unavailable for comment and a spokesman for Advanced Supply Chain said: “A full defence and counterclaim has been filed in response to the writ issued. As legal proceedings are ongoing, we cannot make any further comment.”
