Freight tech firm Forward Solutions used its first ever client conference to showcase the next versions of its core suite of freight management software, Forward Office.
The event, hosted by the Belfrey, home of the British Masters, capped a successful year for Forward Solutions after it was acquired by the Forward Computers Alliance group in March 2024.
The alliance is made up of Davies Turner, Woodland Group and the Cardinal Partnership.
Tom Donnelly, Forward Solutions GM, said: “The last 12 months have been huge for Forward Solutions. We have seen a lot of positive change and steps forward for the business in a short space of time.
“The Client Connect event allowed us to share our vision for the future of Forward Solutions with those that matter most to us, our customers. We had a lot of developments to share and also wanted to receive immediate feedback on our plans.
“We have always been a collaborative company, and have long-standing relationships with our customers, many of which go back decades, so to see and hear from these individuals was the perfect scenario for us.”
