Evri has developed software that lets couriers know if their ‘safe place photos’ have failed to show the parcel and where it has been left and requests they take a second shot.
Parcel Vision was created in order to eliminate mistakes where a parcel may not be clearly visible, be too close to the lens or the camera lens was covered.
Evri said the software was developed using a machine learning model that was trained using thousands of safe place photos and can detect problems.
