DPD said the largest share of revenue came from its next day parcel division, although it continued to increase revenues in its premium, international and specialist value-added services as well.

The MT award winner said it was building a network of all-electric micro-depots and its EV fleet grew to 700 during the year.

“The company ended the year in a very strong financial position and the board believes that this position coupled with the strength of its parent, La Poste, puts it in a market leading position for future development,” it added.
