Mail, parcel and e-fulfilment specialist Whistl has risen up the ranks of the Top 30 Logistics Providers in the UK, climbing from 21st position in 2022 to 12th place on the 2023 list.
The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) launched the listing six years ago, awarding those companies that demonstrate that they are innovative, progressive and exemplify excellence.
Based on key criteria, the list assesses publicly available data from company’s financials, performance, professional accreditation, gender pay gap, modern slavery statements and human resources. The final ranking is determined by each organisation’s average score across 11 categories.

Nick Wells, executive chairman of Whistl, said:“ We are delighted to have made the Top 30 list for the second year running and to have also risen nine places to twelfth on this year’s ranking.
"The CILT ranking is unique in that it covers many aspects of a company’s operations and reflects the work of the wider team within a company. Well done to all the people across Whistl that have played a role in our inclusion and elevation on this year’s list.”Whistl signs up to UN-backed net zero standard
