Logistics specialist Whistl has united its parcels businesses under one brand, Parcelhub, in a move aimed at leveraging the strengths of both Whistl Parcels and Parcelhub.
Parcelhub offers customers parcels deliveries using scaleable multi-carrier solutions, with both tracked and untracked services and seamless integrations for ecommerce businesses both in the UK and internationally.
Under the one brand Parcelhub caters for both large volume and SME multi-channel ecommerce retailers and brands that benefit from the scale of the Whistl Group through a network of depots nationwide.
It can also cut customers’ costs through consolidating customer volumes through the Parcelhub Carrier Management System.
The group said Parcelhub’s high service levels, multi-carrier options, IT integration and tracking support reduces delivery failure rates.
Parcelhub is led by Steve Marjoram as managing director and Andy Underwood as commercial director.
Nick Wells, Whistl executive chairman, said: “I am delighted that we have simplified our parcels offering to the market through one brand, Parcelhub. Now ecommerce businesses both large and small can access through one contact our scalable multi-carrier solutions that provide top rate customer service, competitive pricing and a can-do-attitude to enhance the end-user delivery experience.”
Steve Marjoram added: “This is an exciting time for the team as we go to market with delivery solutions that are simple and scalable. We pride ourselves on being easy to deal with, we take the hassle out of delivery management.
