Woodland Logistics has renewed its contract with packaging manufacturer Cepac for a further five years.
The two parties have worked together for seven years and the renewal will see Woodland Logistics manage distribution out of Cepac's Rotherham, South Yorkshire-based warehouse.
To augment the contract Woodland has taken delivery of 15 new Mercedes Actros units and 24 Lawrence David trailers.
“The main aspect is the fleet is a lot more economical,” said Sean Kirby, managing director of Woodland Logistics. “Our trucks are all full, so we are maximising utilisation there.”
