Former Prestons of Potto MD Allen Rees has returned to his roots following a stint as commercial director at The Pallet Network (TPN) and been appointed as the new boss of Eezehaul Logistics.
Rees (pictured) will work alongside current Eezehaul directors Jane Jones and Craig Wilson.
Ex-MD Jones will continue in her position as financial director in a part-time role after leading the business through both Brexit and Covid.
Wilson will move from operations director to commercial director over the coming months.
Eezehaul is a wholly owned subsidiary of TPN.
Mark Kendall, TPN MD, said: “It’s essential for us to recognise the whole-person needs of every team member, which includes our most experienced and diligent directors.
“Jane and Craig have made a huge contribution to Eezehaul’s current success and future strategy, and we’re very lucky to be retaining their skills within the business.”
“That said, it was providential that Allen wanted to take on the role, given his undoubted pedigree in road transport.”
