Delivery company ArrowXL has appointed Nicola Waring as director of people services.
Waring joins Wigan-based ArrowXL, which specialises in two-person delivery, from JW Lees Brewery where she was people and logistics director of operations.
She has also held a number of senior HR roles at The Kraft Heinz Company and webuyanycar.com.
ArrowXL said Waring’s brief is to ensure the business “attracts and retains the best people by driving engagement and making colleague development a key priority.”
Waring said: “This is an exciting opportunity for me to join a business that is experiencing strong growth and is keen to ingrain a strong people culture throughout.
