Scottish firm Menzies Distribution has renewed its partnership with Yodel which will see it deliver more than 1.7m parcels a year to customers in Scotland. Menzies, which operates a fleet of around 190 vehicles, has been in partnership with Yodel since 2018. Kuehne + Nagel (K+N) intends to extend its delivery capability in the UK, after signing a deal with parcel delivery management firm the MetaPack Group to use its software.
The European Commission (EC) said the aborted UPS and TNT merger would have increased prices and would not have been challenged enough by other carriers.
