Abacus Transport has re-joined The Hazchem Network just months after leaving. The Hemel Hempstead haulier will cover central and north west London, which the network said were a natural fit for its deliveries and collections. John Mitchell Haulage and Warehousing saw turnover rise £1.5m as it felt the benefits of consolidating its two sites at Grangemouth into one. For the year-ending 31 March 2012, the firm reported turnover of £12m, up from £10.5m in the previous year.
