Hermes helps junior managers ‘Rise’ to the challenge with new development scheme


 

Hermes has developed a new talent programme called Rise, which is intended to maximise the current performance and future potential of  junior managers. The parcels firm has selected 30 employees to take part in the first 18-months of the scheme, which it said aligns with Franklin Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ management programme.
