Suttons Group is spending more than £17m upgrading 200 units on its fleet to provide capacity for the recent growth in its UK bulk tanker business. In May last year, Suttons decided to exit its long-term logistics contract with British Sugar and focus on the hazardous chemicals, gases and fuels sectors. North Lincolnshire-based Clugston Distribution Services has revealed it will expand both its fleet and its workforce with a £1.5m investment in new tractors and trailers this year.
