Registration is now live for this year’s Freight in the City Expo, taking place on 2 November at London’s Alexandra Palace.

Now in its second year, the free-to-attend event will focus on the challenges of delivering goods into increasingly congested city centres.

The event will be opened by deputy London mayor for transport Val Shawcross, who will deliver her keynote speech to delegates on how freight fits into new mayor Sadiq Khan’s plans for the capital.

This will be followed by a full-day seminar programme presented by key industry figures looking at best practice in clean, safe and quiet urban deliveries.

There will also be plenty of time for networking with peers and visiting the two exhibition halls packed with the latest vehicles, technology and services to keep your urban operation efficient and compliant.

Last year's event was attended by more than 700 delegates, with this year's expected to attract even greater numbers as urban freight moves up the political agenda.
