Norbert Dentressangle has extended its contract with Weight Watchers to include e-fufilment services and logistics from its Tamworth operation.

ND will be responsible for end-to-end fulfilment of Weight Watchers online orders from its shared user DC, including deliveries of items such as cookbooks, electronic equipment, food products and cooking accessories.

The new business has been awarded in addition to distribution from ND’s facility in Maidenhead, Berkshire, including deliveries of products and materials required to host Weight Watchers’ weekly meetings.

The contract also covers transport of products to Weight Watchers distribution sites across the UK, Spain, Germany, France, Switzerland, and the Benelux and Nordic regions.

Weight Watchers’ supply chain director, Duncan Aspden, said: “I am delighted to have chosen Norbert Dentressangle to provide the fulfilment services of this exciting new customer service offering to Weight Watchers Online members. For me this was a natural extension of the excellent partnership we have with them.”
