UK Mail has launched an international parcel delivery service via its SME-targeted ‘ipostparcels’ brand.

The company will offer delivery to 160 countries worldwide via road and air, with collections and movements throughout the UK made by UK Mail’s network.

The service, which is aimed at online retailers and eBay and Amazon sellers, does not require a minimum volume to be sent and gives customers the ability to generate customs invoices if required.

UK Mail recently revealed plans to invest £20m in automated sortation equipment after posting an 18% increase in year-on-year pre-tax profit.

Chief executive Guy Buswell said: “The demand in international shipping has risen. After intensive research and feedback from our customers we are proud to launch an international delivery service.”
