Daf has two trucks in with a chance of continuing the manufacturer's winning streak in the Motor Transport Awards Fleet Truck of the Year.
The shortlist, announced at the CV Show on 10 April by Dave spence, European channel marketing manager at award sponsor Chevron, sees the Daf XF 105 and LF 45/55 matched against the Mercedes-Benz New Actros, the Volvo FH and the Scania G-series.
The winner will be announced at the biggest night in road transport, the MT Awards on 3 July at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
