ArrowXL has launched an online employee training and development programme as part of efforts to foster “a culture of continuous learning and excellence”.

LEAP – learning, engage, aspire and perform – was designed in partnership with mobile learning management system EdAPP and ArrowXL said it was projected to deliver a 10% increase in training engagement within the business.

It said so far its colleagues had already completed 3,000 courses on the platform and that it would deliver cost, environmental and operational efficiencies, replacing the need for trainer-led, paper-based training programmes and providing managers with access to AI tools.

‘LEAP zones’ have been set up in ArrowXL’s four main hubs and these are accessible around the clock for staff to engage with training resources at their own convenience.

Oscar Simmons, learning and development manager at ArrowXL, said: “LEAP will be a game-changer in equipping all of our colleagues with the knowledge and confidence they need to deliver an exceptional service right from their first day and beyond.

“The courses available through the content library, coupled with tools like AI Create, have made it easier than ever to deliver engaging compliance and safety training.”
