Fleet management and leasing firm ARI Fleet UK has rebranded and is now known as Holman.

The move sees the entire global organisation, including retail dealerships, vehicle up-fitters and fleet management come together under the new name.

Nick Caller, Holman UK MD, said: “The automotive sector is going to experience more changes in the next 20 years than it has in the past century, with the advent of increased electrification, innovative funding methods and technological leaps in areas such as autonomous driving and safety.

“We are committed to being at the heart of these changes, which is why we have decided that we need to work as a global partner for our customers, sharing best practices and insights from our teams across the world.”

Caller added that customers would notice no interruption in their day-to-day communications with the business and contacts would remain the same.
