Online electrical retailer AO has boosted its drive into the logistics sector after landing a contract with The Cotswold Company.
The 12-month rolling contract will see AO’s logistics division deliver The Cotswold Company furniture across the mainland UK.
Under the new partnership, The Cotswold Company customers will be able to book specific timeslots for delivery, with deliveries made by AO’s two person crews.
The new deal follows AO winning a three-year contract with Aldi for bulk deliveries in September last year.
The Cotswold Company CEO Kevin Johnson said he approached AO after personally buying goods from the company.
