Suckling Transport secured a five-year contract renewal and revealed it's new boss will be Jesus Ciria.
The firm was bought by Italian fuel transport firm Silvio Bertani Group for an undisclosed sum in May.
Ciria, a Spaniard with long experience in tanker operations, will succeed Peter Larner.
Larner will retire after 40 years at Suckling Transport at the end of this month.
The operator has also won a five-year contract renewal with Phillips 66 to provide fuel distribution services to Jet petrol stations in the South of England.
It has also been re-awarded the contract for Scotland. This will see the Essex-based business will take on all employees from the incumbent operator under Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations when the new contract starts on 18 November.
