Palletways has recruited Fusion Supply Chain Solutions (Fusion SCS) and Cammack Transport into its pallet network.
Nottingham-based Fusion SCS will cover the Leicester postcodes and handle more than 600 pallets a week for the network.
Cammack TRansport, based in Cheshire will operate in the Crewe area and distribute more than 240 pallets a week for Palletways.
Fusion SCS logistics manager David Coleman said: “Our customer base for both haulage and warehousing has grown over the past few years and joining a pallet network will help us build on this success.
“Palletways’ extensive domestic and international networks will boost our service offering in the UK and Europe and we look forward to working with Palletways’ sales and marketing teams to help grow our client portfolio in our postcode delivery areas.”
Cammack Transport director Jo Cammack added: “Palletways has a great reputation in the industry. We especially look forward to using its state of the art IT systems, which will boost our operational efficiency and customer service.”
Palletways MD Luis Zubialde said: “Demand for our palletised freight services has risen rapidly over recent months and I look forward to utilising their experience to grow our business even further in the East Midlands and northwest England.”
