Millfield Haulage has joined the Palletforce pallet network.
The firm, based in York, was bought by long-standing Palletforce member TEF Transport in 2015.
Now fully integrated into TEF’s operation, Millfield Haulage continues to retain its own identity within the Scarborough-based business.
Together they provide coverage of the YO postcodes, and the move to Palletforce will create operational efficiencies by enabling them to share trunk vehicles to the network’s main hub in Burton upon Trent, reducing truck movements and cutting emissions.

TEF and Millfield MD Andy McLaughlin said: “As existing members of Palletforce, we know at first hand that the levels of service and cutting-edge technological investment are unrivalled in the industry, so it makes perfect sense to bring Millfield Haulage under the same umbrella.”
Palletforce member relations director David Breeze said: “We welcome Millfield Haulage to the Palletforce family and look forward to working with both Millfield and TEF to deliver quality services in the area and drive future growth.”
