Logistics provider Lloyd Fraser said it had enjoyed an “unprecedented” number of contract renewals in its fashion transport division this year.
The company said taking into account the current economic climate, it was testament to the culture of the business and its employees that it had renewed a high number of contracts.
Lloyd Fraser said the retention rate came at a time when the company was undergoing considerable change and was testament to its “customer focused ethos”.
