Lloyd Fraser beats rivals to win bid for logistics unit in Runcorn

Third party logistics provider Lloyd Fraser has signed up for a 43,078sq ft unit at Runcorn's Whitehouse Industrial Estate following a competitive bidding process.

Lloyd Fraser has taken a five-year lease on the unit, which will be used for its retail logistics business.

The Rugby-based company operates from around 16 locations around the UK. It specialises in retail distribution and bulk liquid transport.

B8 Real Estate acted as joint agent for the letting, along with CBRE and DTRE.
