XPO Logistics' contract with St Austell Brewery extended

St Austell Brewery has renewed its UK distribution contract with XPO Logistics

From its Avonmouth facility, XPO Logistics transports products from St Austell Brewery's manufacturing site and Cornish DC in St Columb, to consolidation depots and regional DCs across the country.

XPO Logistics' high service levels, national network and supply chain expertise are instrumental in supporting the brewery's growth plans.

Kevin Andrews, St Austell Brewery supply chain manager, said: "XPO Logistics has established a strong platform to provide an excellent cross-dock facility to underpin the distribution of St Austell products to customers both locally and nationwide.

"The company's specialist knowledge and extensive UK network provide us with solutions that allow us to pursue national growth opportunities."

XPO Logistics is also working with St Austell Brewery to develop and install a customised-livery promoting its customer across a range of its curtain-sided delivery vehicles.
