DHL's Tradeteam has renewed its partnership with Bibendum PLB Group for a further ten years.

Tradeteam will continue to manage the warehousing and distribution of the company's wine, spirits, beers and soft drinks to customers throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

The contract, said Bibendum, will provide long-term supply chain stability as well as flexibility to support the firm's continuing growth.

The new deal includes investment in technology to enable real time order status tracking and improving the flow of information between the delivery fleet and customer services.

New warehouse space will be sought to drive efficiency across the expanding operation.

Michael Saunders, chief executive of the Bibendum PLB Group, said: "Over the last five years, our relationship with Tradeteam has substantially evolved as the service we provide our customers has become more complex."

James Gill, MD of DHL Tradeteam, added: "We are now ideally placed to create a market-leading platform for the drinks industry."
