GeoPost UK, comprising of DPD and Interlink, showed robust financial health in 2013 with significant increases in turnover and pre-tax profit. Turnover at DPD rose by 24% to £492m for the year-ending 29 December 2013, from £397m in the previous year, while turnover at Interlink rose 12% to £179m. Brian Yeardley Continental said a willingness to reinvent itself and innovate had helped boost turnover by 17% during 2012. Summary accounts for the year ending 31 December 2012 showed sales increased to £10.2m during the period, compared with £8.7m in 2011.
