Decarbonisation minister Keir Mather will deliver a keynote speech at the next Zero Emission HGV and Infrastructure Demonstration Progress Summit in London next month.

Attendees will hear practical insights from across the Zero Emission HGV and Infrastructure Demonstrator Programme (ZEHID).

The event will explore key themes around vehicle deployment, charging infrastructure, depot readiness, commercial considerations, and emerging lessons from the projects already underway.

Other speakers include operators, OEMs, energy providers and programme partners actively delivering projects around the UK.

The event will conclude with a forward‑looking discussion on the future of zero‑emission freight.

Hosted by the department for transport and Innovate UK, the Zero-Emission HGV & Infrastructure Demonstrator Programme is supporting the roll-out of zero-emission HGVs, alongside the infrastructure needed to help the UK meet its 2035/2040 commitments.

The summit takes place on 17 March at Cavendish Conferences’ 1 Basinghall Avenue EC2V venue.
