The industry’s most exceptional women were recognised at the everywoman in Transport & Logistics awards in London, which aims to inspire the next generation of female talent.

Wincanton MD Rachel Gilbey won the industry champion award, for her work in championing equality, mentoring female colleagues and creating a culture of excellence.

The freight award went to DSV Road head of customs Laura Morgan and Chloe Docherty, director at AHI Global Logistics.

Claire Lapsley, Amazon operations manager and Kate Yates, head of marketing at SEKO Logistics took home the supply chain award.
