Logistics development firm Tritax Symmetry is to speculatively build a 132,750 sq ft logistics facility on the last remaining plot at Symmetry Park Doncaster.
Symmetry Park, which is located at Junction 34 of the A1 (M), is a £70m industrial and distribution scheme being delivered by Tritax Symmetry.
The developer has committed to deliver up to 721,000 sq ft of logistics space on the site.
Tritax Symmetry has a land portfolio of 4,150 acres, capable of accommodating 40 million sq ft of logistics space in the UK.
The company said that due to market demand it has committed to a speculative build programme of units totalling over 2.4 million sq ft during 2022.
