STUART_JACKSON_Bridgestone

Stuart Jackson has been appointed as business development director for northern Europe at Bridgestone.

As part of his new role Jackson will work in support of all departments in the UK and Ireland, and will manage the delivery of a number of projects intended to transform the sales and profitability of the business.

He will report to Bridgestone UK MD Robin Shaw.

Jackson was MD at dutch tyre manufactuerer Apollo Vredestein UK.

Shaw said: “Stuart has 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the UK and EMEA automotive aftermarket.

“He brings many core strengths to the business which allow us to focus on planning, corporate change management and project implementation.”

Jackson will continue in his industry role as Tyresafe chairman.
