Stacey Hodge, director at Office of Freight Mobility, New York City Department of Transportation, will bring an international perspective to the first Quiet Cities summit in Twickenham next month.
As well as showcasing the out-of-hours delivery experience in the Big Apple the two-day event will bring together key stakeholders interested in seeing out-of-hours deliveries become a normal part of the supply chain.
The summit includes a full conference programme, a networking dinner, exhibition, and live demonstration of the latest quiet logistics equipment.
Speakers already confirmed for the event include: Ian Wainwright, head of fleet and freight transport at TfL; Per-Uno Sturk, regulation and feature specialist at Volvo Trucks; Gloria Elliott, chief executive at the Noise Abatement Society; and Tim Slater, MD Transport, DHL Supply Chain UK & Ireland.
There will also be demonstrations of the latest quiet technology from the likes of Brigade Electronics, Goodyear and Carrier Transicold and the latest information on how out of hours work can benefit your business.
