Prometeon Tyre Group has announced a reorganisation of its UK and Nordics business in order to strengthen its position in the market.
The new organisational structure means Ali Yilmaz (pictured) becomes commercial director and is also in charge of logistics.
Marisa Hever-Smith will head up CFO and HR Administration.
Both Yilmaz and Hever-Smith will report into Francesco Antonacci as interim MD UK and Nordics, replacing Peter Fairlie who will leave the business on 8 July.
Antonacci maintains his role of chief executive, Europe.
Promeon thanked Fairlie for his service over the past three years and wished him well in his future endeavours.
