Pallet Network Palletforce has released a live-tracking iPhone app.
Called Palletforce Pallet Tracking, the free app makes it possible to see exactly where a consignment is at any stage of its journey.
Dean Hughes, Palletforce’s IT director, says: “It offers another quick and easy way for customers to track their deliveries from anywhere in the world.”
The app uses information from Palletforce’s Alliance IT system to pinpoint where each consignment is.
Customers need only to type in their delivery details to access the service, and the app also remembers a customer’s last 10 searches.
