Wolverhampton-based Pallet-Track has reached new heights raising over £21,000 for the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity over the past six months.
The firm’s adrenaline-fuelled fundraising drive included a skydive at Tilstock Airfield in Shropshire to mark 35 years of the charity’s lifesaving missions, while its annual awards gala raised more than £15,000 through a charity raffle and silent auction.
Pallet-Track’s team also donned their brightest outfits for Wear it Red day and colleagues will also be joining Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s shop for Volunteer Week to lend a hand.
Freya Sangha (pictured), Pallet-Track executive assistant to the CEO, took the leap for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, raising more than £5,300.
She said: “Jumping out of the plane was one of the hardest challenges to overcome, but it was important to me to honor my late cousin, Matthew and complete this fundraiser in his memory.
“I am proud to have raised such a significant sum through the support of our amazing network and family and friends for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity – together we can ensure the support is there for their next life-saving mission.”
The pallet network has pledged to raise £150,000 by the end of 2028 to fund the charity’s critical care car, which supports nighttime operations and delivers 24-hour emergency cover for those in need during this time.
Over the last three years, Pallet-Track has donated nearly £100,000 to support its vital work and was recognised with the charity’s Corporate Partnership Award in 2025.
Stuart Godman, Pallet-Track chief executive, said: “We are so proud to be part of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s story and to be doing our bit to keep the charity’s critical care car on the road.
“Thank you to our colleagues, shareholder members, and network partners, who have all gone above and beyond to help us keep our fundraising on track and ensure the charity can support those in need.
“We are committed to reaching our ambitious £150,000 goal and look forward to taking on more challenges for this incredible charity.”
Jon Cottrell, senior partnership executive for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, said: “We’re incredibly grateful for the ongoing support of Pallet-Track. With Freya taking on a tandem skydive for our charity, she is raising vital funds in celebration of our 35 years of lifesaving service.
“All these efforts help us continue to be there for those who need us most across the communities we serve.”
Midlands Air Ambulance Charity is responsible for funding and operating three air ambulances and a fleet of critical care cars across the largest air ambulance operating region in the UK.
It has had a strong presence in the area since launching in 1991, attending more than 80,000 missions. This vital service provides hospital-level care directly to the scene of an incident, giving patients the best possible chance of survival and recovery.
